DESCRIPTION
This is the Venezuela version of a flan, which is a slightly denser custard and when baked, forms these holes all over which fill up wtih the yummy caramel. A staple in any special occasion in my country.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 14 ounces, weight Sweetened, Condensed Milk
- 6 whole Eggs
- 1 can Whole Milk - Use Empty Condensed Milk Can To Measure
- ¼ teaspoons Grated Lime
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Rum
